History: Born to a fairly normal, nuclear home, Elena was the daughter of an Academy employee and the sister to one extremely serious Turk female who specialized in guns and marksmanship. Distrustful, jealous, and hateful, Elena lashed out at the Turk organization, very vocal in her loathing until a later encounter with them convinced her to change her mind and follow in her sister’s footsteps. It isn’t until a few years later when Reno is injured that she allowed as a rookie to join the elite team. Though her start is rocky (including, but not limited to exposing their plans/secrets to the enemy and being kidnapped by the Don), she grows, matures, and proves herself, even under the weight of Shinra’s fall, Tseng and Rufus’ near death experiences, the near end of the world, and the capture/torment by the hands of the Remnants.
Personality: Elena is determined, dedicated, and passionate to a fault, finding the most solace in a mission well done. The problem is that she’s almost overly determined, becoming too eager and jumping the gun. She’s quick to open-mouth-insert-foot in some situations, and becomes easily embarrassed from this. She works by the book and is overly eager to spend all night working if that’s what a mission takes. Refusing to back down, she believes in the “Spirit of the Turks”, puts a hundred-percent effort into everything, and would do anything for her fellow suits and president.
Biggest Fear: Failure / The Remnants
Powers: If given materia, she is quite functional with it. Coupled with good aim and even better hand-to-hand skills (not to mention her ability to take a punch with the best of them, thank you highest HP score out of the three of them), Elena is just your basic, good fighter.
